Welcome to A Journey of Transformation and Reality Creation. Today we'll explore five techniques that can reshape your day and your life. Behold the five reality creation techniques to transform your day. And that's what we're talking about today. You're listening to Kathy's Coaching Podcast. I'm your host, Kathie Owen. Let's dive into these techniques and discover how they can make a profound impact on your reality. Step number one, morning visualization. How you start your day says everything about your day. When you wake up in the morning, what's the first thought that you think? Guess what? It sets the tone for your day. So I invite you to harness the power of starting your day by envisioning your desired outcomes. Picture success, health, and happiness and setting the tone for your reality first thing in the morning. Sometimes it can be just as simple as it's gonna be a great day. That's the affirmation you can say in the morning. Sometimes it can be as simple as something great's going to happen today. Are you ready to take control of your reality? On Tuesdays, I send out an email to my list called Transurfing on Tuesdays. And it's all about reality. Transurfing, maybe it happens to be about a quote. Maybe it happens to be about something that I found empowering in the week or a story that happened that has to do with creating your best reality now. Be sure and sign up for my newsletter at the same time and I hope to see you there. All right, back to the episode. And that leads me to step number two, which is positive affirmations. And honestly, I like the word auto suggestion over affirmations, but harness the power of words, speak positively in your life and watch as your beliefs shape your reality. I mean, really, how do you start your day? What's the first words you say in the morning? I'm not going to throw him under the bus, but I am. My boyfriend, when he gets up sometimes in the morning, he says, it's going to be a long day. And I'm like, Oh my gosh, I wish he listened to my YouTube channel, but he doesn't, but at the same time, I know in my mind that that is what sets the tone for the day. When you say it's going to be a long day, that's what you're going to get. So in, in the other way around the way that I look at it is it's. Something great's gonna happen today. Or it's going to be a great day. Even if I don't feel like it. It sets the tone for the day. Number three is act as if. You know, step three is act as if. Embody the traits and behaviors of the person you want to become. It's not just pretending. It's a powerful way to align with your desired reality. I love how James Clear says this in Atomic Habits He talks about create the identity of the person you want to become. For example, if you're trying to lose weight, you, you think of the identity of the person who is skinny already, if that's what your goal is. And does that person eat donuts? Does that person eat candy all day? Does that person eat whatever you're not supposed to eat? I'm not here to, Blame or judge or anything like that. But what I find with my coaching clients is if I help them. Look at their identity, what they're seeing themselves as. They have to change that and see the person they want to become and then act as if, even if you just sit with it in quiet meditation and think about what that looks like, it can empower you. Step number four is a gratitude practice. Gratitude changes everything, you know, cultivate an attitude of appreciation and recognize the abundance in your life and watch it. Gratitude is one of those things that most people forget, especially during stressful times or times of grief and tragedy. I'm not here, one, to say don't, uh, bucket those emotions and stuff those emotions. Do not do that. But I promise you there's always something you can find to be grateful for.. Even in moments of grief, you can look around and find Oh, it's a beautiful day today, or there's a butterfly, or there's something that I just noticed that I can have gratitude for. Be grateful that you're breathing. find An attitude of gratitude for the little things and watch it transform your world in magic fashion. And step number five. Putting them all together is mindful meditation. You know, quiet your mind and connect with the present moment in stillness. You'll find clarity and power to shape your reality. Just sit with it and think about it. And actually the mindful meditation puts everything together. And I'm not talking, you have to go sit and quiet and Zen and zone out and meditate. You can meditate. While you're walking, you can meditate while you're exercising. You can meditate while you're having breakfast. You can have a mindful meditation. So let's think about meditation while we're having breakfast. You have a cup of coffee, you have a bagel, something like that. You can be grateful for each bite. Eat slowly. Be grateful for the taste of the coffee. What do you see? What do you hear? What do you smell? Those things you can all be grateful for. So these techniques are not just concepts. They're actual tools to create the reality you desire. By incorporating them into your daily routine, you'll unlock your potential and transform your life in magic fashion.
