I love to just open the book and see what it has to teach me. And today I opened up to page 311.

In this episode we discuss:

  • Sound bite slides are affirmations in Reality Transurfing.
  • Our minds and human perception can be divided into three main types: 1. auditory, 2. visual, and 3. kinetic.
  • There is no such thing as an absolute type.
  • You have to take into account the difference between the language of the heart and of the mind.
  • The heart does not understand words.
  • Each affirmation should have a narrow focus.
  • Avoid humdrum, mandatory, and uniformity.
  • An affirmation is most effective when it is repeated dispassionately in a relaxed tone, then perhaps your mind will get through to your subconscious.
  • Neville Goddard teaches us, to picture it from the end in mind.
  • The book The Charisma Myth
  • Affirmations do not work if you force them.

Have you tried using affirmations to no avail and you're like overall this affirmation stuff about, well, today you're in for a treat cause we're talking Reality Transurfing and affirmations.

You're listening to the stop the mind screw podcast. I'm your host, Kathie Owen, a certified fitness trainer and life coach since 2002. Transforming lives in magic fashion teaching. Stop the mind screw process.

We are on page 311 in the book Reality Transurfing. I open up the book from time to time just to find inspiration and get ideas. And this is where we landed and it starts by saying Sound Bite Slides.

Sound bite slides are affirmations or in Reality Transurfing.

He talks about slides a lot, and slides are just pictures in your mind of what you either want to happen. Or what does happen. And we all have pictures that go on in our minds, human perception can be divided into three main types, auditory, visual, and kinetic. Some people can better operate with visual images.

Others are more sensitive to the sensation. And the third group is particularly receptive to sound until now we have talked about creating slides with a preference for visual and sensory options.

Some spiritual development practices use positive affirmations, which involves a person repeating their goal as a positive statement, many times over in their mind.

For example, I have perfect health, a powerful energy field in inner peace. I am calm and confident, with multiple repetitions of phrases like this are spoken aloud or silently and most suited to people with auditory processing.

However, there is no such thing as an absolute type.

So anyone can use the positive affirmation technique successfully affirmations work in the same way as slides. But when you use a positive affirmation, you have to take into account the difference between the language at the heart and the language of the mind.

Firstly, the heart does not understand words.

And so mindless repetition has no effect on it. The heart only understands the feeling and thought, which go beyond words.

Words can be used to stimulate thoughts and feelings to a certain degree, but they are not as efficient because speech is secondary.

It is more effective to feel something once than to repeat it a thousand times.

in other words, strive to experience the feeling and repeat the affirmation simultaneously

Second, each affirmation should have a narrow focus. There is no point in grouping several goals together in the same affirmation. For example, the affirmation cited above would seem to have great content because it includes everything you might need in life.

Thirdly, avoid humdrum, mandatory, and uniformity. Every new series of repetitions should be accompanied by fresh elements of feeling and experience. For example, if you consistently repeat to yourself, I am calm and confident. These words will very soon lose their drive.

Desire has to be nurtured and persuaded intention.

Therefore, if you want to be confident, be confident with intent. Finally, there is no point in creating an affirmation that fights.

Against an effect without first eliminating the cause.

For example, there is no point in repeating. I have nothing to fear and nothing to be worried about. It's the cause for concern is still present in your life.

Moreover, the affirmation should be designed to have a positive note instead of endlessly repeating what you would like to avoid programming yourself. To the result, you wish to achieve.

For example, the negative affirmation I am not afraid or concerned would be more effective. With a positive affirmation, such as everything is working out well, for me be specific about what would have to be going well for you to have no cause for your concern as a result note, also that you should say everything is working out fine.

Not that everything will work out fine. If you write the affirmation using the future tense, the future will never become the present. Being simply transformed into an Oasis somewhere. Just ahead of you, you have to set the parameters of your energy as if you already have the thing you are.

Neither is there any point in ordering inner peace. Inner peace results from a harmonious connection between the heart and mind on a specific issue. Harmony cannot be achieved as a general principle by abstract autosuggestion. The heart can, however, be taught and soothed with the help of a slide affirmations work most effectively when you are.

Zero emotional estate. For example, when there is no excess potential, the subconscious cannot be persuaded, instructed, or ordered to do anything. As soon as you switch on any emotion, you destroy the balance. If you try to beat a thought into your brain, your heart will simply stick its fingers in its ears.

And ignore. An affirmation is most effective when it is repeated dispassionately in a relaxed tone, then perhaps your mind will get through to your subconscious. If the mind has to desperately try and convince the heart of something, it means that the mind is not really believe it either. And no amount of repetition will dispel it.

Nothing can be achieved by the mind, persuading the heart. I CA I'll repeat that because that's so important. Nothing can be achieved by the mind pressuring the heart. Neither can you generate will to have with intent. When you are writing an emotional high, the things that belong to you seem mundane and you take them for granted.

You handle things that are yours calmly without insistence in the same manner that you take letters out of your postbox. If you mistake assertiveness for will, and the attempt to have, you will end up spinning circles on this. And taking a pendulum by the hand, before you have time to blink, the pendulum will let go of your hand and send you sliding headlong into the pit of your former indecision.

When your will to have with intent is free of your desire to have the pendulum will have nothing to hook into. As you can see an affirmation, represents a kind of soundbite. You can use affirmations and film slides. And of course they are additionally effective when integrated into the same practice.

Here's an example of an integrated slide. It contains a picture of your new home. You are sitting beside an open fire in a creaking rocking chair with the logs in the fire. Bidding and crackling away. It is so nice to sit and watch the fire. You can hear the sound of the rain outside, where a cold wind blows, but you are warm and cozy beside the fire.

You have your favorite treat on a small table beside you. And there is an interesting film on TV you see here, and since the whole scene, and you say to yourself, I feel. You're not simply watching this slide, you are living the slide.

So basically, and in a nutshell, the slide is something you can see and feel and, and experience in your mind, in your imagination. Just like Neville Goddard teaches, picture it from the end in mind.

I am rereading and relistening to an awesome book, The Charisma Myth by Olivia Fox Cbane. And I'll have a link in the show notes to the book.

In the book, she talks about how to get into a charismatic body language type thing. What she teaches is to take your body and feel depressed. Feel sadness in your body language and try to see if you can actually feel how when you're like that and your brain just doesn't operate that way. So it won't work that way.

But also if you feel the feelings of static, happy, somebody just congratulated you for something you did really great.

And you feel those feelings and feel the difference in your body. That will shift you into the state. You want to feel you want to be in. And that's exactly what he's talking about here.

Affirmations do not work if you force them. If you say I am healthy, I am wealthy. If you're not, if you're not, if your brain just, just going to go. Yeah, sure, sure. You could say that all you want, but I am not those things.

A little simple shift in that would be every day more and more. So I am healthy. I see myself healthy start picturing yourself in the healthy slide and your affirmation that goes along with that would be every day more and more so I am.

Now you don't want to say I will be healthy. Cause remember what he said right here was he said that if you always say it in the future, it's always going to be in the future. It's like that sign that says that the restaurant that I go to, sometimes this is free beer tomorrow. Well, tomorrow never comes.

So guess what? You're never going to have free beer. Cause it's always, the sign is always going to be tomorrow. So how do you approach that? It's free beer today? It's I am healthy every day, more and more. So I am more healthy and you will always get there.

So be sure to check out my pendulum, download on how to deal with pendulums and also get on my email list. So you're never missing a beat with Transurfing on Tuesday and Reality Transurfing will be in the show notes.

And until next time, I'll see you next time. Peace out and Namaste.
