It’s Tuesday! Time for Transurfing on Tuesday and Stop the Mind Screw and today we are talking about letting go!

How often do you hold on to resentment, anger, bitterness, jealousy? What would you do if you could just let it go?

In this episode we discuss:

  • Freeing the mind of two overwhelming burdens. 1. The need to solve problems rationally and 2. the need to control.
  • The mind would make fewer mistakes if it did not try so hard to get involved.
  • When you let go of the situation and relax your controlling grip, you allow the world around you more freedom, and the flow can take its own course.
  • If you reduce the importance you attribute to an obstacle, it will fade of its own.
  • When something unexpected happens, it fights against it trying to make it fit the screen. Unfortunately, this only makes the situation worse.
  • The mind has a compulsive desire to control everything.
  • Consider making a tactical adjustment, moving the center of gravity away from control towards observation. <<<<deal with pendulums
  • Remember the pendulum only wants your energy in the form of control of your attention and control over the intensity of projected inner and outer importance.
  • If you practice letting go consciously, the feeling of relief will be greater than when you succeed in proving your point.

Here we are. We're at the third of the elements of dealing with. Easily processed emotions of the neediness being indignant or ungrateful and being a victimizer, which happens after becoming a victim for a long period of time.

So we're at the part of letting. The existence of streams in the alternatives flow can potentially free the mind of two overwhelming burdens. They need to solve problems rationally and need to control. There are many things in the world that are inconsistent with common sense. The rational mind is incapable of explaining all the phenomena we witness in the world.

Neither is very good at protecting a person from experiencing problems and disappointment. However, relying on the streams and the alternatives flow can compensate for the limitations of the mind. Nature is in essence. Perfect. And so the streams of the alternatives flow have more purposefulness and logic than the Wises reasoning.

Mind the mind. Would make fewer mistakes. If it did not try so hard to get involved and allowed problems to resolve themselves. When you let go of the situation and relax your controlling grip, you allow the world around you more freedom, and the flow can take its own course. If you reduce the importance you attribute to an obstacle, it will fade of its own.

If the obstacle does not respond to your efforts to overcome it, move around it, and guiding signs will appear to assist you. The problem with the mind is that it tends to interpret any event that bales to fit its script. As an obstacle, the mind likes to plan everything beforehand, make calculations, and when something unexpected happens, it fights against it trying to make it fit the screen.

Unfortunately, this only makes the situation worse. Obviously, the mind is not capable of planning events. Ideally, this is where more freedom should be given to the flow. The flow has no interest in ruining your life as such an action would lack purpose purposefulness lives can however, be ruined by ill-designed actions.

Problems have to be solved. And so the mindsets about doing so with great Gusto, generating new problems and cluttering the path with endless obstacles, self-importance prevents the mind from allowing any possibility of deviation from the original script, which is automatically interpreted as filling.

The minds, compulsive desire to control everything. Turns life into an endless battle with the flow. If only the mind could allow the flow to go its own course, rather than trying to force its will upon. The mind's greatest error is that it strives to control the flow itself rather than its own movement within the flow.

This is one of the main causes of the majority of problems and disappointments that people face the purposeful stream that takes the path of least resistance is incapable of generating problems and obstacles. I'll read that again. The purposeful stream that takes the path of least resistance is incapable of generating problems and obstacles.

These are created by the madness of the mind, activate your inner witness, and observe at least for one day, how the mind tries to control the flow. Try releasing your grip and giving the flow more. Not suggesting that you must agree with everyone and accept anything that is happening, but you could consider making a tactical adjustment, moving the center of gravity away from control towards observation.

I'm going to read that again because that's how you deal with a pendulum right there. Move this center of gravity away from the country. Towards observation, do not be in a hurry to fob someone off the object. Are you prove yourself? Get involved, manage a criticize, give situations a chance to resolve themselves of their own accord without active involvement or resistance.

If not dumbfounded, you will at least be surprised by the result for something quite paradoxical will happen by being willing to release control. You will acquire more control over the situation than you had before the objective deserves, or has the advantage over a direct participant. This is why I repeat the word.

Exercise, detachment, and retrospect, you will see that the control you were exerting before was making you go against the flow. The suggestions other people were making did in fact make sense, and it was not worth arguing about your intervention was not actually necessary. Pendulums of horse dream in the flow for the simple reason that the stream moves in the direction of minimal energy expenditure.

I'm going to read that again because that's pretty important pendulums, uh, poor streams in the flow for the simple reason that the stream moves in the direction of minimal energy expenditure. Remember the pendulum only once you're in. The only form of control worth your attention is control over the intensity of projected inner and outer importance.

If you practice letting go consciously, the feeling of relief will be greater than when you succeed in proving your point. You will experience a sense of fulfillment knowing that you moved on. Instead of insisting on your own self-importance, you managed to act like a wise parent dealing with difficult children, never criticize anything that happened in the.

And cannot be changed and everything else goes with the flow, not in a literal sense by agreeing with everything and everybody, but by moving the center of gravity from control to UBS observation, see, he says that again, move the center of gravity from control to observation, observe more and do not be in a hurry to control.

There is no need to be concerned about getting the right balance. A healthy sense of moderation will come with practice. Okay. A great, great example, especially in this one, a letting go is your person who is fighting for their airplane seat. They are resisting. What is. When they let go and go with the flow.

Oh my gosh. Things change. Like I mentioned last week, you don't know what signs you're missing when you just let go, you know, the pendulum of a horse going with the flow. Why? Because the pendulum only once your energy. If you sit back and watch it, you'll watch what's going on. As an observer, sit down like you're sitting in a theater, watching the situation, take place and just watch it.

And if you listen to your internal guidance, you'll see that it's happening for a reason. You're not resisting what's going on and you're going with. I first learned this when I read the book a new earth by Eckhart. Totally. When he talked about non-resistance and letting go and the. Is where this book, this is only in one of the early chapters of the, of reality trans surfing.

So when I read this, I was like, wow, this sounds like a new earth. And it does. And I will put, um, a link to the story of the Zen master who says is that so in the show notes, Because that is truly letting go when he says is that, so to everything he encounters. So I get that. It can be difficult sometimes to just let go and sit back and watch things, go on.

It can eat. The pendulum is going to prod you and pick at you no matter how evolved you are. It's just part of being human, but you can sit back and watch. You can sit back and observe it. And even if you look at it in retrospect, Connect the dots looking backwards, like Steve jobs talks about connect the dots, looking backwards, and you can see that if you had let go at a certain point, it would have shifted everything.

And you just sort of gone with the flow and let it go. But no, the guy fighting for his airplane seat has to fight, has to resist, has to put in indignant. He's gotta be needy cause he needs that seat and he's got a fight. All three of those things take place with that person fighting for that airplane seat.

One of the best ways you can observe a pendulum in action is just sit back and watch. Watch it going on. Um, one of my favorite lines to say when people are, are so involved in a drama and a situation, I can sit back and go. I I'll say not my monkeys, not my circus. What does that mean? That means those are not my monkeys and that's not my craziness going on over there.

I'm sitting back and I'm watching it. I'm observing. Is, it is not my monkeys and it's not my circus. I'm watching the circus from the stands and those monkeys can go crazy and just let it go. I believe I've heard that, um,Vadim calls all pendulums destructive, but I disagree. I think there are such things as constructive pendulums, and I've heard other teachers of reality trans surfing talk about constructive pendulums because we do have pendulums that we want to give our attention to when we want to watch and that we want to be participating in.

But, you know, we need to limit that or otherwise you will get overwhelmed and you can't let go of everything. And obviously you can't solve problems that way.
