Stop the mind screw process today. We're talking about faith over fear and fear is kind of running rampant in the world right now, due to the war in Ukraine.

And it is very scary, very frightening. But I have a story for you today that I think you're going to find some light in all of this. Again, safe. I have a fellow Facebook friend and he's a transfer for as well. His name is Ralph Sland and in the show notes, I'll have a link to his Facebook page, so you can go follow him and follow his journey.

He is in the process right now. Of evacuating Ukraine, he and his wife and his little kitten have been going on this journey of first of all, deciding to leave. And second of all, it's just been kind of fascinating to watch because he does use reality creation terms and things like that. He's a trauma coach.

So he, he knows how to deal with this stuff a lot like me, I, you know, I. I see a lot of my post-traumatic stress stories coming to light and triggers coming to light. And this journey that he's on has been miraculous because they have been inserting gratitude. They've been inserting the fact that my world is always taking care of me, advantage.

In reality, Tran surfing when he does this, I notice how he's like. This happened and this happened and this happened. And then he moved to what reality trend surfing calls, a better lifeline. He's been moving up and up and feeling positive. Now it's not to say he doesn't experience fear because he has experienced fear has gone down into, uh, you know, um, evacuation places and, uh, had to.

He, he even talks about how the fear is in the air and how, where he is now, which is about a week into it, how it's not in the air as much. And when you've gone through complex post-traumatic stress and had issues like that, you can sense those things. And it, uh, I think we as humans in general, Since these things, because I've noticed a lot of people saying that they're experiencing anxiety and they don't know why they, they said everything in my life is going great, but I'm having anxiety right now.

And that is because that's, what's going on in the world. That's the fear. That's the pendulum. That's the propaganda. That's the news. And it will trigger your triggers. You know, it's like the news I've, I've watched some of the news stories on this and it's very frightening. It's very scary, but they don't report on the good things that happen.

Remember in the. Um, episode that I talked about how bad news is always perpetuating the bad and making it worse and worse and worse. That's their job. That's their pendulum that they are giving their energy to. We want to find the constructive pendulum where there is good in the news. And this story with my friend is a constructive pendulum.

Going through this situation and the news is not going to report on this. You're not going to find stories like this in the news right now. They want to perpetuate the fear, I guess. I don't know if they want to, that is their pendulum. So I get to thinking about Mr. Rogers, who was, um, a child's TV icon back in the.

Late sixties, early seventies. And he would say his advice was when he saw bad things in the news, he would say, look for the helpers. And to me, that means looking for faith or the wrestle of the morning stars or the intuition. Oh, God, the universe, infinite and intelligence, whatever you call it. But look for that because it is there.

It's like my friend, when I first started watching him through this, the, this evacuation, I noticed his little kitten in the background. I mean, I even zoomed in on the picture and I'm like, oh my God. He takes that kitten with him and sure enough, of course he did, but he didn't mention the kitten. What that picture was, was he had tape on his windows because the bombings were cracking windows and his condominium.

And so he had tape on the windows and this little kitten was down at the bottom and. And I was like, oh my gosh. But yes, the kitten has gone with them and the story has been incredible. The journey has been incredible, but if we are not careful, we will fall victim to the destructive pendulums and fall into lifelines that are full of fear, anxiety and turmoil.

And we must remain vigilant and listen for the signs because they are. They are there the synchronicities, the intuition, it comes all together. When you become aware of how the propaganda, the pendulums, how they are affecting you and how they are affecting the world. So it takes faith to do that. You know, I have a free download on pendulum.

It helps you identify your constructive pendulums and your destructive pendulums, and how to basically dance with them.

Dance and air quotes, but that's how you deal with pendulums because they are all around you. They are just thought structures that everybody thinks, and they only want your energy. And it's just better to know this so that you don't fall victim to the anxiety. The fear that. Everything that's going on in your world.

Basically, even as my friend is evacuating that he's using these principles to help him survive. The, had his basic survival, you know, I have a diagnosis of complex post-traumatic stress disorder, and I was diagnosed with that back in 2006. And over the years, triggers never, ever go away. And what does change is how you respond to them.

So I am not a victim of complex post traumatic stress disorder anymore. I've learned how to overcome it and become a survivor. And that right there is what I teach in. Stop. The mind screw is how to, we all have triggers. How do you respond to your triggers? The question and the answer is, and stop the mice.

You know, I also have other friends who, whose family lives in Ukraine. I have a neighbor just down the street with little children and they were going to Ukraine this summer and now they're not, but they wanted to see their families because they're all their families live there. And they were telling me stories about how they were in shelters and things like that.

And you can imagine the fear that's going on for them. So w what can we do for something like that? We can pray. We can get in touch with infinite intelligence, pray and send them love. Send them. In meditation, it, it it's powerful and it will work, but you have to have faith. And faith is something that is not seen.

It's it's, it's like Joseph Rodriguez is now talking about how to have faith and how to get in touch with your intuition. And that is one of the ways through meditation and through prayer. I got to refer back to this book, Betty EDS book embraced by the light now embraced by the light is about an afterlife experience she had when she actually died.

And, but she came back and she wrote this book about it. And the book was. It is about her experience and what she saw. And she saw people I've talked about this before. She saw people talking to their maker and make and making plans. And it's not predestination. It's not anything like that. But what it is is it's like you're coming to school to be a human, and you're going to learn this lesson, this lesson, this lesson, and then, you know, you have free will.

So you don't have to do that, but she said that they, you talked to your maker, she saw people or humans or souls talking to their maker and the maker was going, okay, this is the lesson you're going to learn. This is the lesson you're gonna to learn, but you're not going to remember it. When you come here, you're just going to have to experience it.

That is what we do. Now. I tell you this, because that book right there. On the levels of consciousness in the book, power versus force, it calibrates at a very high level doc, Dr. David Hawkins can calibrate levels of consciousness and books and the Bible probably. I think he said the Bible actually ranks way up high in consciousness.

So if, if you're a Christian and you believe in all that too, as well, that should make you. Oh, okay. They're they're onto something there because I promise you they are onto something. The levels of consciousness will also help you overcome fear and anxiety. Because if you look on the levels of consciousness, which I'll have a picture in the blog post, but the levels of consciousness, if you're down in the lower levels in force, you are not going to be able to live in faith.

It takes courage to start living into. And I leave you with this scripture, you know, it's Genesis 50 verse 20. As for you. You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good to bring it about that many people should be kept alive as they are today. That right there is living in faith. And that is trusting that infinite intelligence, God, the universe, whatever you call it will take care of you.

And we'll get you through this. We'll get you through whatever you're having fear, anxiety over. It just takes some discipline. It takes some courage. It takes faith. That's what it takes. All right.
